Creation of a Modern Real Estate Website

Before embarking on the modern website project for the Infinity Benefit Solution estate agency. We took a look at the competition and it was difficult to find a property that matched our search criteria. That’s why we integrated an advanced search bar to simplify the user experience.

To meet the needs of an international clientele looking to buy or rent property, we designed a website entirely translated into French and English, enabling the agency to attract its target clientele.

It was important to the estate agency that the ads posted on their website reflected what customers expected. With this in mind, we implemented a search bar based on neighbourhood, price, property type and availability. This feature enables future customers to contact the agency for available properties and to quickly find the most relevant ads.

Contact forms have been integrated on all property pages, speeding up the conversion process and allowing prospects to contact the agency with just one click.

Properties for sale and to let are strategically displayed to capture visitors’ attention and maximise the chances of a transaction. In fact, it was important that, in addition to the criteria that customers had in mind when looking for properties, they should also be able to discover new projects under construction, new flats available to let and real estate opportunities.

We have set up a system of personalised fields in the back-end. Each advert is detailed with specific information (quota, developer, price, availability for rent, etc.), simplifying property management for the agency.

Given the company’s activity, the design had to be clean and professional. The choice of colours was not anodyne. That’s why we opted for sober colours like navy blue, white and light grey, and a brighter colour for the calls to action. This colour palette is synonymous with confidence and credibility. What’s more, when it came to navigating the site, we needed a modern, concise, fluid and ergonomic site that was easy to navigate, with quick access to information.

As part of our natural SEO strategy, it was important for the estate agency to be visible to both local and international clients. In fact, when it comes to rentals, many local, English-speaking and French-speaking clients are looking for new condominiums to live in, as most leases are for 1 year.

But beyond the searches carried out in Pattaya, we also had to take into account searches carried out from abroad. That’s why we set up an international listing, with a site available in English and French. Because many foreigners search for seasonal properties in Pattaya.

In order to maximize the visibility of the real estate agency’s ads, it was important to publish the ads on other platforms but also on social networks. That is why we have proposed to the agency to increase their reach and visibility by placing ads on platforms such as Thailand Property or FazWaz.
